FAQs

Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions to help you along the way.

If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’d love to hear from you!

How far in advance should I order my wedding invitations and other stationery?

I recommend reaching out 9-12 months before your wedding. This allows plenty of time for design, revisions, and production. For destination weddings, or if you’re sending save the dates, you may want to start even earlier.

For on-the-day items, I would recommend reaching out 4-6 months before.

When should I send out my save the dates and invitations?

The answer can depend on a few things—your personal preferences, whether you’ve already sent save the dates, and even the location of your wedding!

Save the dates are usually sent 12-18 months before your wedding, or longer for destination weddings. Invitations should go out 4-9 months in advance, or 9-12 months for international weddings.

Can you create something custom for my wedding?

Absolutely! I specialise in creating bespoke designs that reflect your style. From colour palettes to venue illustrations, I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

What if I’m unsure about my timeline or stationery needs?

No problem at all! I’m happy to guide you through the process. Your wedding planner or venue can also provide insight into timelines that fit your specific plans. I have lots of helpful information to make the whole process simple.

Which items are essential for on-the-day stationery?

I would recommend these 4 essentials items for the day of your wedding:

Welcome Sign | Table Plan | Table Numbers | Place Settings

From beautifully designed menus to thoughtful place cards and custom signage, your on-the-day stationery ties everything together and enhances your guests’ experience.

Not only does it add a cohesive look to your celebration, but it also serves as a practical guide—helping guests find their seats, understand the order of events, and feel truly welcomed.

Whether it’s a fabric banner with your vows, table numbers that match your invitations, or a seating plan that wows, I’ll work with you to create pieces that are as functional as they are beautiful.

How much does wedding stationery cost?

Every piece I create is custom-designed, so pricing depends on factors like the number of pieces, complexity of the design, and materials used. To give you an idea, I have a pricing guide section on my website.

I’m happy to provide a personalized quote based on your needs—just get in touch, and we’ll chat through all the details to create something perfect for your wedding!
