Wedding & Event Stationery

Quotation

Once you have completed the enquiry form for invitations and stationery design, I will work on a quote. Quotations are based on quantity (minimum order quantity = 30pcs), materials, processes and labour.

Deposit/Payment of Custom Orders

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding stationery order (including invitations and on-the-day stationery). Full payment is due before your stationery is printed/assembled.

Design

We will create a fully developed digital design proof of your wedding stationery with all your required elements. Up to 1 complimentary set of revisions can be provided to perfect your stationery. Please note that any subsequent revisions will incur a cost of £20 per hour design time.

Proof of Designs

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review proofs for any errors. This includes any spelling and layout. Once final approval has been given, any errors discovered afterwards will be charged for re-prints. A hard copy of an invitation suite can be ordered at a cost of £6.50, including P&P/local delivery. Bespoke orders include 1 complimentary hard copy of the invitation, excluding P&P/local delivery. Any copies of samples requested after this, of revised designs, will be charged £6.50, including P&P/local delivery.

Timeline/Deadlines

An estimated completion date will be advised once your wedding stationery or bespoke order has been placed. I will strive to work within this timeline, but it is important for the client to also co-operate in a timely manner, to avoid any delays to the final completion date. I will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or responce.

Cancellations

In the event that you cancel your wedding before design work has begun, your £75 deposit is non-refundable. Clients must be made aware that deposits are to secure your order.

If you cancel your wedding after your invitations have been completed, but you are still booked in for on the day stationery, cancellation fees are due based on the amount of work completed. The client agrees to accept good faith estimation of how much work has been completed and will therefore pay for the work that’s been done.

Delivery/Collection

Delivery charges for wedding stationery are not included in the final cost. Once your order leaves my studio for shipping, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage to the product. The client is responsible for all shipping, custom and duties fees.

Returns Policy

Uncustomised products:

If you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:

  • the item is returned within 14 days of receipt

  • the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition

Please contact us letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).

Personalised items are non-refundable (or made to order)

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our very best to remedy the situation for you!

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

Fabric Printing

The printing method used for fabric is vinyl printing. All text/images are cut using high quality iron-on vinyl. This banner is designed to be temporarily displayed at your event, so it does not come with a weatherproof finish for permanent outdoor usage. If you require a different fabric or printing process, please get in touch and I can advise. To care for your fabric banner, wash on a delicate cycle or hand wash. Dry flat and iron on a low heat, on reverse.

Perspex Printing

High quality vinyl is used for the surface of the coasters. Over time, due to the nature of the material, the vinyl may lift. To care for your coasters, wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth.  Do not soak. Not dishwasher friendly.

Foiling Process

The foiling process is a hand finished technique. I will always aim to produce the best outcome and repeat any imperfect prints, however, there may be some small natural black flecks/imperfections which occur during the process.

Unless you specifically request confidentiality in advance of commencing the work, I can display materials, paintings and prints created for you, and share the process behind making them, online, on social media, and at trade fairs or similar events. Personal information including wedding websites and guest addresses and contact numbers will be protected.
